15 days to building new healthy habits:
A self led program that offers you the opportunity to break free of old, unwanted habits that could be holding you back from a fulfilling life and replacing them with a new mindset.
This program is for anyone looking for a push start into new healthy habits that has the ability to be self accountable for these 15 days.
What to expect:
  • Daily gratitude prompts for journaling
  • A  filled out calendar, made by me, to set you up for 15 days of success. 
  • Goal oriented prompts to help you crush those short term goals or start your long term goals.
  • Daily tips, tricks and affirmations to help you stay focused and resilient.

45 Day Reset
This program is self led but offers you access to weekly, live, group yoga classes with me and who ever else in this community that wants to join for the duration of the 45 days you are enrolled in this program. As well as one free 30 minute session with me at the beginning of your program to get you started on your path to a more well rounded life style that supports your success. 
Although the 45 Day Rest mimics the 15 days to building new healthy habits program- the daily gratitude prompts, tip tricks and affirmations are all different. This program is more in-depth and is great to take directly after the 15 days to building new healthy habits program.
What to expect:
  • Daily gratitude prompts for journaling
  • A  filled out calendar, made by me, to set you up for 45 days of success. 
  • YouTube links to amazing FREE workouts to add to your weekly routine.  
  • Goal oriented prompts to help you crush those short term goals or start your long term goals.
  • Daily tips, tricks and affirmations to help you stay focused and resilient. 
  • ($45 for a limited time)
