I offer individual 1 hour telehealth sessions on a weekly, bi weekly or monthly basis.

I will help you focus, work toward and complete your goals. Whatever that looks like for you- I will meet you there and be with you every step of the way!

A Little About Me:....

I am a mother of three girls who has always had a passion of helping others. I went to school and graduated with my bachelors in psychology with a certification specializing in Addiction and Recovery in 2017. I have worked within the addiction and recovery/mental health field ever since. I have helped so many individuals better their lives and it has brought me so much joy, but I have always felt limited. I decided to take a leap of faith in late 2020 and see if I had what it took to do things on my own, my way. I have sense helped many others through coaching, guiding, helping, and everything in-between.
